The Master aims to provide to graduates the essential knowledge on the use of ICT to reach socio-economic and human development goals, with particular attention to the Mediterranean context. Trough the course of the programme, students will acquire and develop innovative methods to manage technology and its impact on the social and environmental sphere.
The programme duration is 9 months, for a total of 60 CFU. Lectures will cover 48 CFU, the remaining 12 CFU will have to be acquired by students through complementary mandatory activities like: internship, research project, seminars and a final dissertation.
Learning activity will be carried entirely in English.
This Master programme is an effort to promote a strong specialization in the field of ICT for Development at the following levels: project management, project design and implementation, policy.
This programme is intended for students who wish to pursue a career in the third sector, in public administration but also in the private sector, considering the increasing involvement of business activities into development projects through Corporate Social Responsibility policies.
